To understand AMP, you can think of your cell's main energy source, ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), as a fully charged battery with three phosphate groups. 要理解 AMP，您可以把細胞的主要能量來源 ATP（三磷酸腺苷）想像成一顆充飽電、帶有三個磷酸基團的電池。
