Sulphur Mountain is a mountain in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains overlooking the town of Banff, Alberta, Canada.

The mountain was named in 1916 for the hot springs on its lower slop

在美國當警察懷疑駕駛人可能有酒駕或是吸毒的情況，因而可能會造成危險駕駛的時候，為了避免悲劇的發生，警察可能就會攔截你的車子，請你停車。並且要求你到車外當場進行 field sobriety test (現場的清醒測試)，也就是在台灣俗稱的酒駕測試。

A field sobriety test helps determine if a person has been driving while intoxicated. A law enforcement officer who suspects intoxicated driving has the driver pull over to the side of the road and exit the vehicle. Afterwards, the driver performs a series of tasks that measure if the driver has the physical and mental proficiency to operate a motor vehicle, such as balance, coordination, and multitasking.

名詞解釋:　　1966年美國通過「資訊自由法」（The Freedom of Information Act，簡稱FOIA），要求美國政府機構之紀錄應公開於民眾。所謂紀錄包括圖書、論文、地圖、像片或其他文件資料。依據規定凡有人提出公開紀錄之要求，美國政府機構需盡速在10個工作天內提供資訊。但有9種資訊不受此限，如有關國家安全、商業機密、調查檔案、法律訂定豁免公開之資料、財政主管機構所用之報告、及其他列為機密性文件等。1982年雷根總統(President Ronald Regan)簽署一項命令，增加安全分類資料(Security-Classified Material)一種。　　1974年美國的「隱私法」(Privacy Act)，補充修訂了「資訊自由法」，要求政府機構不僅需提供與個人有關之檔案資訊，並且允許個人有權修正與其有關之錯誤紀錄。政府機構被要求提供相關資訊時，各有其處理方式，有些為查尋手續與影印資料而要求收費。倘政府機構拒絕提供資訊，需說明不提供資訊之理由。
