穀胱甘肽(Glutathione) 由三種 胺基酸(Amino Acid) 所組成，中間那一個胺基酸就是半胱胺酸。一般而言，在身體內部，這三種胺基酸的庫存量，以半胱胺酸的庫存量最少，所以補充 半胱胺酸 就近乎等於是補充 穀胱甘肽 的意思。穀胱甘肽 是身體細胞內部最主要的解毒劑。到Google搜尋引擎打入關鍵字，glutathione detoxification，就可以看到很多相關的醫學論文。因為解毒的關係，所以常常會消耗掉 穀胱甘肽 中間那一個 半胱胺酸 分子。

隨著人工智慧的演進，例如大約在西元2022年誕生的 ChatGPT 之興起，人們逐漸需要一種新興的技能，那就是要如何更清楚又明確地告訴人工智慧的電腦系統，你希望他們能夠幫助你做的事情。這種能力也就是所謂的：Prompt Engineering (提示工程)。也就是說，你需要能夠清楚又明確地給他們適當的 提示(Prompt)，讓人工智慧的電腦系統能夠充分理解你需要什麼樣的幫助，然後他們才能夠更貼切地提供你所需要的服務給你。也就是說，具備了這樣的能力，你才能夠更有效地使用人工智慧的電腦系統來協助你完成，你想要做或者是必須要做的工作。
